Our commitment
Nobel Realty Group fully supports the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Opportunity Act. We market and sell housing without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin, and we expect every agent and broker working under the Nobel Realty Group name to hold to that same standard in every showing, listing presentation, and transaction.
What this means in practice
Our search tools, including RENA, filter and rank listings only on the criteria a client provides about the property itself — location, price, size, and features. We do not steer buyers toward or away from any neighborhood based on a protected characteristic, and we do not accept listing instructions that violate fair housing law.
